Springtime in Korea!

I had heard that spring in Korea is beautiful, but it was wonderful to experience it for myself. The cherry blossom flowers are not in bloom for very long so you have take advantage of the time.  

Just below are Magnolia flowers. I saw this type of flower in pink and white.

Trip with my students to the mountains!

Teachers and other staff members from Daejeon Dunsan SDA Institute visited this dam and had a picnic.

Adorable children in the park near the dam. Preschool and daycare center children often wear matching clothes.

Teacher's Retreat

A while ago, on Easter weekend, all the teachers went on a retreat. We went to a beautiful place in the mountains. It had really nice housing and was a nice environment.

 

 Two pastors were the main speakers for this event. Their words from God were very powerful and thought provoking. It was a time of growth.

At the end of the term, we plan a fun event for the Debater class. Here is our bowling trip!  It was a great time.
